  1. Grill or fry bacon until crisp and browned, then set aside to cool.
  2. Spread a little mayonnaise onto each slice of bread then top 4 of the slices with a little lettuce.

  4. Alternative: For a breakfast treat add a fried egg to each sandwich or for a little something different add some slices of avocado
