  • 1 x pure beef patty, cooked
  • 120 g frozen chips
  • 1 tsp bbq seasoning
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 large tomato, sliced
  • 2 sliced polony
  • 1 x fried egg
  • Thousand island dressing
  • Quarter loaf SASKO PREMIUM SLICES WHITE BREAD
  • 1 x pure beef patty, cooked
  • 4.23 oz frozen chips
  • 1 tsp bbq seasoning
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1.76 oz shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 large tomato, sliced
  • 2 sliced polony
  • 1 x fried egg
  • Thousand island dressing

METHOD

  1. Cut the bread into a quarter loaf and remove a section of the inside.
  2. Fry the burger patty, onions and egg sunny side up.
  3. Deep fry the chips until golden, season with the bbq spice
  4. Layer your Kota by place the chips, lettuce, tomato, burger patty, cheese, polony and onion inside your SASKO quarter loaf, Place the egg onto and drizzle with your thousand island dressing.
