INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of SASKO LOW GI DUMPY OATS & HONEY WHITE BREAD
- 1 tbsp. red pepper hummus
- 60 g free range skinless chicken breast, grilled
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1-2 lettuce leaves, broken into bread-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of SASKO LOW GI DUMPY OATS & HONEY WHITE BREAD
- 1 tbsp. red pepper hummus
- 2.12oz free range skinless chicken breast, grilled
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1-2 lettuce leaves, broken into bread-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. shredded cheddar cheese
- Grill chicken, seasoning with basil and oregano, turning as needed, until mildly charred.
- Spread hummus onto inside of each slice of toasted bread.
- Place chicken on bread, topping with lettuce.
- Close sandwich.
