Beat the oil, eggs, amasi and milk together with a whisk in a mixing bowl.
Add the SASKO FLAPJACK MIX and mix well until the batter is smooth and lump free.
Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add some of the vegetable oil.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the heated pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles becomes visible on the surface. Turn the flapjack and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
