  • 500 g SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 250 ml amasi (soured milk)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 10 ml vegetable oil for frying
  • 17.64 oz SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
  • 1.01 oz vegetable oil
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 8.45 oz amasi (soured milk)
  • 6.76 oz milk
  • 0.33 oz vegetable oil for frying

METHOD

  1. Beat the oil, eggs, amasi and milk together with a whisk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the SASKO FLAPJACK MIX and mix well until the batter is smooth and lump free.
  3. Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add some of the vegetable oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the heated pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles becomes visible on the surface. Turn the flapjack and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve slightly warm with your choice of toppings.
