  • 500 g SASKO COOKIE MIX
  • 140 g butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 17.64 oz SASKO COOKIE MIX
  • 4.94 oz butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2.82 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, place SASKO COOKIE MIX and rub the butter into the dry mix by hand.
  4. Add the egg and mix well with a spoon until a soft dough forms.
  5. Remove tablespoonfuls of the dough and roll into balls. Place the balls onto the line baking tray.
  6. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
  7. Let the cookies cool down completely.
  8. Once the cookies has cooled down, blitz them in a food processor to create crumbs.
  9. Mix the crumbs with the cream cheese and milk chocolate chips to form a dough.
  10. Roll into small balls and set in the fridge for 10 minutes while melting the dark chocolate.
  11. Dip the cookie balls into the melted chocolate and let them dry and harden on a piece of parchment paper.
  12. 12. Once the chocolate has hardened, they are ready to be served.
