  • 500 g SASKO CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 17.64 oz SASKO CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6.76 oz milk
  • 6.76 oz vegetable oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Lightly grease a loaf tin and line with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and oil until well combined.
  4. Add SASKO CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX and whisk together for 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Fold in the mashed banana and the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
