INGREDIENTS
- 500 g SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 2 extra large eggs
- 550 ml milk
- 1 tsp butter, softened
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 17.64 oz SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
- 1.01 oz vegetable oil
- 2 extra large eggs
- 18.60 oz milk
- 1 tsp butter, softened
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Prepare a large oven proof skillet by rubbing it with 1 tsp of butter. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs and milk.
- Gradually add SASKO FLAPJACK MIX and beat thoroughly with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries and let the batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Pour the batter into the skillet.
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
