  • 500 g SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 550 ml milk
  • 1 tsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 17.64 oz SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
  • 1.01 oz vegetable oil
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 18.60 oz milk
  • 1 tsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Prepare a large oven proof skillet by rubbing it with 1 tsp of butter. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs and milk.
  4. Gradually add SASKO FLAPJACK MIX and beat thoroughly with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
  5. Fold in the blueberries and let the batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes
  6. Pour the batter into the skillet.
  7. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
