INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of SASKO LOW GI CRANBERRY BROWN BREAD
- 3 slices turkey cold meat
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- Watercress leaves, broken into bread-sized pieces
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) plain hummus
- 2 slices of SASKO LOW GI CRANBERRY BROWN BREAD
- 3 slices turkey cold meat
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- Watercress leaves, broken into bread-sized pieces
- 2 tsp. (0.34 oz) plain hummus
- Spread hummus onto inside of each slice of toasted bread.
- Place watercress leaves onto bread along with the turkey slices.
- Top with cherry tomatoes.
- Close sandwich.
