- Spread a little mustard mayonnaise onto each slice of bread.
- Share the slices of ham between two of the slices of bread and top the ham with equal amounts of cheese.
- Layer another piece of bread on top of the ham and cheese and top with slices of turkey and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper and finish with lettuce and the last two slices of bread.
Instead of cheese you could use a layer of leftover stuffing. Variation:
You could also add a little leftover cranberry sauce to the sandwich for sheer indulgence.
