  • 6 slices SASKO Low GI Dumpy Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 4 Fluid oz. Mayonnaise mixed with 1tbsp mustard
  • 4.23 oz. Leftover gammon (sliced)
  • 5.29 oz. Leftover turkey (sliced)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 3.52 oz. Cheese (sliced)
  • Lettuce


    1. Spread a little mustard mayonnaise onto each slice of bread.
    2. Share the slices of ham between two of the slices of bread and top the ham with equal amounts of cheese.
    3. Layer another piece of bread on top of the ham and cheese and top with slices of turkey and tomato.
    4. Season with salt and pepper and finish with lettuce and the last two slices of bread.
Variation: Instead of cheese you could use a layer of leftover stuffing. Variation: You could also add a little leftover cranberry sauce to the sandwich for sheer indulgence.
